Standard Package

Introductory Offer  - £60 per year

The standard package provides your business with a presence on the web, using your own domain name, for only £60 per year.

I will agree a page design with you based on your brochures, leaflets and photographs. I offer a personal service in the South-West London area (see the area covered), and will visit you to obtain information and take photographs as required. Coverage of other areas is by email and post.

The standard package gives you a single page with key information, but you can also buy additional pages if you wish. See the example pages to get an idea of what you can get.

Your web page will be located at www.you-site-name.co.uk and I will agree with you an appropriate, available site name.  If you wish I will set up email forwarding from the site to you.

I will submit your page to popular search engines including google, so that people searching for your type of business will be able to find you. Once the web site is in place, the page can be updated whenever you want, at a charge of £10.

Business Terms

By placing an order for a budget package, you agree to the following terms:

1. You pay the £60 fee yearly in advance. You will be invoiced 60 days in advance of the anniversary date of the order. If payment is not received 30 days prior to the anniversary your web page will be removed and the domain name relinquished on the anniversary.

2. You will be registered as the owner of the site's domain name. You may request termination of the package with transfer of domain hosting to a third party, subject to a handling fee.

3. You pay a non-refundable deposit of £30 with the initial order, and the remaining £30 for the first year once the web page is designed to your satisfaction, and is made available on the web.

4. The standard package includes submission to the google and yahoo search engines. It may take several weeks before the search engine indexes the page, and there is no guarantee the listing will be included.

5. I maintain and update your web page. Updates within the scope of the standard package are charged at £10.

6. The yearly fee and the update fee may change from time to time.

7. I reserve the right to decline design or update tasks that may violate acceptable use of the Bizworld web site, or are beyond the scope of the standard package.

8. I make every effort to ensure that your web page is an accurate representation of the information you give me, but you are solely responsible for the content of the page, and accept liability for any damages arising in any way from the content.

9. Whilst I make every effort to ensure the website is located on a reliable server, I can accept no liability for temporary non-availability of the website.

10. I may terminate the website at any time, refunding a prorated portion of the annual fee.
